On Wednesday afternoon, a kenos was conducted by HaGaon HaTzaddik Rav Yisrael Hager Shlita, the eldest son of the Vishnitzer Rebbe Shlita, inaugurating the new talmid torah in Betar Illit.
Many prominent members of the Vishnitz community took part in the ceremony. This talmid torah is the 70th institution affiliated with the chassidus.
