A 5-year-old was critically injured Tuesday after a 150 kg. metal gate collapsed on him at the Chofetz Chaim Yeshiva in Ofakim.
He was found lying on the ground bleeding, and motionless. Ichud Hatzalah & MDA Medics found the child to be in traumatic arrest, and CPR was initiated.
